AUHS HISTORY
- AUHS was founded in 1994 by Kim Dang-Johnson and her husband Pastor Gregory Johnson.
- A minority-owned, minority-serving Christian-based university.
- AUHS was created to provide excellence in education for students interested in a career in healthcare, emphasized the values of faith in God, the love of humankind, and the belief that all people have a right to healthcare and deserve a good quality of life based on the wellness of body, mind, and spirit.
BACKGROUND OF AUHS
AUHS focuses on the field of health care, offering the following programs: Doctor of Pharmacy, Master of Science in Clinical Research, Master of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences
AUHS is approved by State of California Bureau for Private for Post-Secondary Education and State California Board of Registered Nursing.
AUHS is accredited by WSCUC, TRACS, CCNE, and ACPE
